Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, necessary files, and legally owned or licensed content. TemplixLab is not responsible for any legal or copyright issues arising from client-provided materials.
Document Ownership & Confidentiality
Clients retain ownership of all content and materials they provide. Upon project completion, they receive the agreed deliverables. We treat all projects as confidential and are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) when required. We will never publish or share confidential work without the client's written permission.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope are included. Requests outside the original scope may require additional charges.
Delivery
Final deliverables are provided electronically in the agreed formats. Clients should review the files promptly and report any issues within a reasonable time.
Third-Party Software & Fonts
Some projects may require licensed software or fonts. Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary licences. Compatibility with outdated or unsupported software cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because our services are custom-made, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. However, if we are unable to deliver the agreed service, refund requests will be reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
TemplixLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, or misused without prior written permission. Users must not use the website for any unlawful purpose.
